#12 [PS3] CRC Duplicate Races / Server Unavailable

Description:
I saw someone had uploaded 6 races and thought maybe my suggestion of increasing the limit of races uploaded per person was implemented- turns out 2 of my races were posted and duplicated. I posted my 3rd and was met with a cap, then TDU2 server unavailable, and upon checking the CRC list, I have a total of 7 races posted and I guess it uploaded that 3rd one. There's no mention of if going through on Discord either.

The Limit is set to 6 or 7 Races now is min doubled.
each Race is an new uploadet one:

This rules out duplicates, as the time would have to be the same. This now invites you to simply re-upload the same race over and over again to get the XP for it. I'll add a cool down to that as well, soon.
